| | Was born in 1946 in Stavropol region.
17 years old he has ended Suvorov military school in Kuibyshev.
Has received the diploma of the engineer-mechanics in Leningrad mechanical institute in 1971.
Has worked in test laboratory of Igorsky factory, has participated in the projects of the Ministry of heavy transport and power mechanical engineering for factory "Atommash".
Since 1978 he was the leading engineer, and since 1979 he was the manager of research laboratory in the Research centre of Leningrad mechanical institute, where in 1983 successfully has protected a thesis for scientific degree of the Dr. of engineering science.
Has participated in the projects of creation of the x-ray space telescope "Grenades", space laboratory with solar sails "Regatta", "Fobos". "Mars-94" and "Mars-96".
Has executed operations for European space agency under the project SOHO.
Has registered patents for tens inventions. Has published more then 50 scientific articles.
Since 1994 - the director of Chamber of commerce and industry of Pushkin. Actively develops cooperation of CCI of Pushkin with chambers of Russia and other countries.
In 1999 has executed researches for the IREX program.
The deputy of Municipal Council.
