Sergey Ivanovich Kruglov
Date of birth – the 4th of December 1952.
Place of Birth – city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
Education – Diploma of Higher Education of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of
Russia (history department).
A working career was started in 1970 in capacity of a grinder of an industrial
enterprise “Zvezda”.
Mr. Kruglov had been elected as a deputy of Pushkin district Soviet of Saint
Petersburg, whereafter he was affirmed a vice-chairman of Pushkin district executive
committee.
Commercial activities began in 1991. At that time Mr. Kruglov became a director of
experimental production of drying stoves in cooperative society “Prestizh”.
- Since 1992 till 1995 – director of CJSC “Stal’kon”;
- Since 1995 till 1998 – assistant general director, chairman of board of
directors of CJSC “Tsarskoselsky zavod”;
- Since 1998 till 2001 – assistant general director of CJSC
“Tsarskoselskaya energiticheskaya compania”;
- Since 2001 till 2006 – general director of LLC “Profservice”;
- Since 2006 to the present day – general director of LLC
“KomProfService”.
Mr. Kruglov is one of the founders of CCI of Pushkin and Pavlovsk.
Raising of qualification:
- Since 1993 till 1994 USA – commercial awareness seminars in the Michigan and Wooster
Universities;
- 1996 Japan – Tokyo Centre of development of labour productivity
Awarded with a medal “Tercentenary of Saint-Petersburg”
